<p>Þar sem þetta var í fyrsta skipti sem ég tók þessa æfingu þá var verið að þreifa sig áfram..</p>
<p>Annars er rétt að taka þessa æfingu þannig að þú ákveður þyngd fyrir fram og færð 3 tilraunir..  En þá þarf maður að vita hvað menn geta tekið. Og veit ég það ca. núna</p>

<p>Þetta var æfingin í dag&#8230;. ég tók hana á 27 mín.. en ó 20-15-10 pull-ups.   ég er ekki nógu góður í upphífingum ennþá&#8230;.</p>
<p>Í gær var 5 kílometra hlaup.. tíminn minn var 23:00 með 4.8 kílometra en það er breiðholltshringurinn minn&#8230;.</p>

<p><strong>Æfingin: 150 wallball 20 pound </strong></p>
<p>Kasta 10 kílóa bolta 150 sinnum upp á vegg á tíma.  Þetta var fyrsti dagurinn og því tók ég ekki tíman.  Stoppaði 3 sinnum og velti því fyrir mér hvort ég væri að gera þetta rétt og hvort að ég væri með rétta þyngd.  Eftir á að hyggja þá var ég bara með 7.5 kílo en þetta átti að vera 9.14 kiló&#8230;. (20 pund)  Kláraði fór svo á hlaupabrettið og tók 50 í viðbót með 10 kílóum&#8230;.   Ég hélt að þetta yrði bara eitthvað létt en þetta var ekki svo auðvelt&#8230;</p>
