95 pound Thrusters, 30 reps (kk 43kg og kvk 30kg)
50 Pull-ups

30 GHD Sit-ups
30 Hip & Back Extensions
95 pound Thrusters, 20 reps
35 Pull-ups

50 GHD Sit-ups
50 Hip & Back Extensions
95 pound Thrusters, 10 reps
20 Pull-ups

Þetta var æfingin í dag…. ég tók hana á 27 mín.. en ó 20-15-10 pull-ups.   ég er ekki nógu góður í upphífingum ennþá….

Í gær var 5 kílometra hlaup.. tíminn minn var 23:00 með 4.8 kílometra en það er breiðholltshringurinn minn….
